I saw republican fear today!
I went to vote at 6am. When i parked, i saw this guy in his car in front of me with a W04 bumper sticker. I walked in the polling place and the guy followed. When we got on line he said "In all my years of voting i've never seen lines this long at 6am." He had such a look of shock/fear.

:D

3. Long Lines
I just spent an hour and a half in line to vote...

of course, half the reason it took so long was because this bitch in a red jacket was giving people shit and challenging their right to vote...

So I took her picture, someone else called her in before I did though.

9. Yeah. My hubby's boss told him that if Kerry wins
they will have to start laying off workers at their electrical contracting company. What a steaming pile! Here in Orlando we are building new houses on every square inch of available earth and there is no end to the demand for electrical work. His business has quadrupled it's billing in the past few years but that would have been the case with or without the bush tax cuts. Those tax cuts meant the owners could go out and buy hummers for themselves. It didn't mean shit for the employees who all saw their health insurance leap. We pay $800 per month to cover our family of four.

17. The company I work for does commercial construction ...
all over Florida. Business today is nowhere near what it was when Clinton was in office. Your husband's boss has his head up his ass. Florida will do better under Kerry than it has under Bush. Thanks to the hurricanes, construction should be in pretty good shape for the next year no matter who wins.

the furtive, frightened, sidelong, frozen faces of the other side as they look it over and figure it out have been priceless. the waves and thumbs up are great, but it is those grimaces that really make my day.

I am in a conservative county in Wisconsin. It was great!

On edit - YEAH, my first post with new avatar!! In addition to way long lines in small community (yipee), the repugs at work are OBSESSIVELY talking about all the 'fraud'. They are scared out of their wits!
