I was surprised today at our polling place
Paul and I went this morning at 6:45 to cast our votes. Our polls open at 7:00 and Paul has to leave for work at 8:00. When we got there we saw about a dozen people already waiting to vote. By the time the polls opened at 7:00 am there were about 4 dozen.

The lady in front of us said she was expecting more people. I was surprised there were this many. Last election there was no one there when we voted. She said that they had shown a report on TV about another polling place downtown in Milwaukee that had a line out the door and around the building.

Lots of votes. I just hope they vote for the right person.

George W. Bush

(APRIL FOOL! Well, OK, only about the last line...but hey, Bush called my house 4 times yesterday to remind me to vote Republican. Shyah, like that's gonna happen.)
