What are you making for our Kerry Victory Party tonight ?

I'm making chili. It's cool outside today so I thought I would make chili and freeze some for later too. My chili recipe makes a lot. It freezes good. Start with these ingredients:



Dice the onions and garlic



Brown 5 lbs of ground chuck



Add the beans, garlic and onions, canned tomatoes, chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chilies, comino and chili powder



Let it simmer on low for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with raw onions and cheese on top. Cornbread or crackers goes good with it too.

Fruit Salad w/ homemade red wine vinegar, cinnamon & honey dressing
Veggies & dip
Pita & hummus
Chips & Salsa
Left over halloween candy

We'll either drink in celebration or in total devastation... but there will be plenty of alcohol to go around! ;-)
