1. LOL!
I'm not sure which loss is more embarrassing- Houston/Miami or TB/Carolina.

17. We're Philadelphia and we expect nothing less
these are the fans that were going to go picket outside the Linc if they weren't given the ability to bring their own hoagies into Linc Field.

Heck, we were critical of John Kerry just cause he ordered Swiss Cheese for his cheesesteak. I love being a philly fan!

20. ....
Damn right! They failed us, they get what's coming. I hate it when the crowd is silent when the team screws up. Play some fucking football, Eagles.

4. Now did anyone really think they were going to?
Sports pundits, like political pundits, tend to overreact a bit. On a more personal note, glad to see my pats rebounding this week.

But my beloved Texas Longhorns lost yesterday, too. And, to longtime rival Arkansas. I sure don't like those soo-ee pigs, but they played a heck of a game. Gotta give them props for that.

I'm right there with your pity party. Pass the Kleenex.

19. Careful, Vikes might lose to Chicago
tonight. Teams are pretty well balanced in the NFL, and anyone can win.

21. My Raiduhs
nearly blew one to the BUNGLES today. That would have been right up there with Tampon Bay's defeat. Can't say Philly was embarrassed; they lost to 2 very good teams.

Any day Traitor Chucky goes down is a good day.

We will probably play KC in the SB. All Missouri, but Vermeil will be crying in defeat this time.

Will firewaanstedt.com reflect the fact that Dave did many things to try to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory?
