2. I got news for you, my Buckeye brother. |

I don't think OSU wins all their games this year. It's tough to do that. You have to be lucky too many times.
I hope OSU goes to the Sugar Bowl, though.

Ohio State's luck will run out this year.
Oh, and the Sooners will bring home their 8th National Title against the coCanes.

OU has that pesky conference championship game to contend with, though.
It's a big money maker, but it's pretty useless, that game. And it makes it harder to go undefeated. And we all know it's better to lose early.
That game makes me think that OU has less of a chance than otherwise.

8. the BigXII championship game |
|
will be against the "King of the Cupcakes" K-State.
They will never go anywhere nationally, they refuse to play a real schedule. Snider is their saviour and worst enemy.

9. I can't disagree with that. |
|
But it is one more hurdle that teams from other conferences don't have. Only the SEC has a title game, besides the Big 12. It makes it harder, no matter who you play. It's one more chance to have a bad game, if nothing else.
I don't think it's fair. And I'm a Big Ten guy.

Undefeated in the regular season (for the 3rd season in a row), then on to New Orleans to beat whomever.

Remaining road games:
Florida State, Boston College, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh.
I think they'll lose one of those last two. The game at Pittsburgh is on a Thursday night in late November. Read: COLD! That is going to be a very tough environment.

12. No, Berlin is mistake prone and the DL subpar |
|
I believe in vulnerability. I bet vulnerability. 33-10 down in the Orange Bowl was EXTREME vulnerability. I was there and it was well earned. The deficit, not just the escape.
Brock Berlin is a little guy intent on 3 or 4 interception opportunities per game. The swing pass laterals are maddening and increasing in number. Berlin is the first 'Canes QB I can't stand, his Gator heritage and constant babblings about God too much for me to take.
DoctorBombay is correct, the 4 road games are almost certain to produce at least one defeat. I think it will come in Tallahassee. FSU dominated Miami in the trenches for 2 1/2 quarters last year, much more than Ohio St ever did. With 6 of 7 defensive linemen gone this year, FSU will certainly try to muscle the 'Canes like Florida did with a straightahead running attack. I will say that Vince Wilfork is playing great as a fulltime DT this year, much more stamina than I expected.
Miami will need big plays out of the defense and special teams to threaten an unbeaten year. But we don't get the quick 6 picks on defense anymore, no Philip Buchanons or Edward Reeds back there.
