People Magazine promoting puppy mills!
http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/stop-puppymills/

In their latest issue, People had an issue on "Teen Titans," as in titans in business. One of them runs cuddlypuppy.com with the help of his mother. He essentially is giving an outlet to puppy mills.

Please sign the petition for People to run a story on animal rescue at the above link.

2. I signed earlier today....
Stressed out as I was, I couldn't abandon the animals. People Magazine's choice to include this teenager in their article was so ignorant and uninformed.

6. That's SICK!
Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 10:16 PM by BiggJawn
My parents ran a boarding and breeding kennel, and were the sparkplugs that got their county Humane Society off the ground. They fought puppy mills and pet stores selling puppies for years.

How ANYONE who has dealings with a puppy mill could be held up as an example of a good businesspers....

Oh, sorry, I forgot. The Climate has changed in this nation, hasn't it? "Greed is GOOD!!!"

And I signed the petiton!

8. Done.
I visited the cuddlypuppy site. Ughh. Not only are they profiting off their backyard breeding, but they've taken to the new trend of intentionally breeding mixed breeds.

9. That petition is circulating around on all the animal rescue
groups. People Magazine won't know what hit them soon. Thousands are protesting this.
