Luckily, I planned ahead and took the day off from work today. It's a good thing too, because I honestly felt that if somebody rubbed me the wrong way I would have ripped their throat out.
I have to go back tomorrow, but I am still so angry and outraged I am honestly afraid of how I am going to react to any kind of pro-Bsh, pro-Repuke sentiment in the outside world. I went out briefly today and I found myself looking at people as if to determine "friend or foe?"
Does anyone else harbor murderous thoughts, or do I need to check myself in somewhere?

I did go to work today and just glared at all the repugs. Don't know what it accomplished, but it made me feel better

which is Bush country... I had to lock myself in my little room so I don't scream at any of the damned * voters ... my prof came to cheer me up later, which was nice (coz I really needed it), and I know he voted Kerry too... :)

I'm a stay at home mom in Illinois, but in a small Repuke cell of the state. While I'm not an atheist, I'm so anti-religion today that I would have attacked some of my new neighbors had I met them today (I met them a few months ago and they brought Jesus into the conversation faster that we can say KKKArl). I do think I will be less than diplomatic (as I have been in the past) and ask people if they want to share their sex lives with me too; since I feel it's that offensive to get into that topic when you don't know someone.
I feel like an alien in this country. Four years ago it was all anger. Now it's numbed sadness akin to what I felt on 9-11.

Well, actually it's been a process, but I can't help blaming ALL republicans.
I have always been someone who could keep my temper in check, even when very angry. But I just don't know anymore. Luckily, I live in New York and will find that a majority of my neighbors are on my side, but I really feel like a loose cannon and I feel vulnerable because I am so NOT in control of my anger.
