I have been calmed by DU tonight. It has helped me to be among friends. I know that for some people, though, it can be like rubbing salt into the wounds.

I still had tears welling up in my eyes this morning driving in to work. And, we have some awesome challenges in front of us. We old folks endured the Reagan years, and the older ones endured Nixon. We will endure the Bush years as well. I hope you can tell your children some day that you survived George W. Bush.

We have a lot of bright, creative people on our side. We just need to bring those minds to bear on our problems.

Think about the positives in your life - you're young, you have a good family & you have the love of a beautiful young woman.
