Homemade pumpkin rum

I must admit I have never made this recipe, but will as soon as I own a garage... This was swiped off the web somewhere:

What you'll need:

* 1 Pumpkin
* A quantity of brown sugar

Preperation.

Cut off the top 1/4 of the pumpkin. Hollow the seeds and loose material in the
center, put the seeds aside for planting. Fill up the space with sugar. Replace
the top.

Wait for hissing and popping. Then pierce a hole through the bottom of the
pumpkin and allow the rum to drain.
