4. trump is a TERRIBLE manager and a terrible role model for non-billionaires

come to think of it, he'll not a very good role model for billionaires either.

his success has a LOT to do with already being rich. that's not to say he hasn't had his successes, and that's not to say his management style didn't play a positive role in getting him to where he is.

what i'm saying, though, is that that managements style ONLY WORKS for extremely wealthy and powerful people. people that you will never say "f*ck you" to because there's just too much upside to letting him get away with the kind of crap and too much downside to pissing them off because they are influential and could destroy you. but, if YOU tried to act like that, your team would quit on you and/or your boss would fire you.
