I did when I was a teenager. I kept it at 100 F. I can't remember the last time I saw a waterbed.

made him chuck it out in favor of a 'real' bed. I utterly regret that now my cheap 'real' bed is as uncomfortable as heck. Maybe we'll get another one.

Hubby and I STILL have a waterbed. It's kingsize, it's about 3 1/2 feet off the floor with built-in storage drawers and cabinets in the base, and a great bookshelf headboard. Comfy too. I have no idea how old it is. I found it in pieces in the attic of a house I bought in 1990. Put that sucker together, bought a new heater and mattress for it and have slept in it ever since.
