:donut: Apparently I missed a lot on here yesterday, so... yeah. Hopefully whatever happened will be easily fixed and we won't turn on each other, we need to be together more than anything right now.

So how IS everyone this morning? :grouphug: It's Friday so those of you lucky enough not to work on the weekends should be rejoicing! (Okay, as much of rejoicing that can be done right now!) Hang in there and hope your day is a great one!

I am okay today, except for the worry of the draft for my grandkids now. It is being tacked back on to the college enrollment/studen loan application thing so that means my babies could be signed up for the draft after all - so Bush lied, for sure.

He's been doing it for the past four years and half of America doesn't have a problem with it. I guess he doesn't think he should change it now. We're all worried about the draft, but whatever happens, we'll just have to stick together. I understand the worry, that's my friends and family too. :hug: Hang in there, somehow we'll make it through.

It's Friday! :party: It's going to be a quiet night. I practice taichi in the morning, so I won't be out late. I'll visit one of my alternate spots so I don't run into any Bush* supporters. I may not be feeling peaceful.

Still at work. New job is good, it's just kicking my ass. I never realized how much hard work it is!

Mom is improving. She can drive her truck, but during daylight and not on the highway for now. The therapists and nurses still visit during the week, but they'll be less frequent. That's a good sign. :thumbsup:

Glad to hear she's still improving, that's great news! Major kudos to you for helping her so much. Is your dad still doing okay?

and still a 1st class butthead. He just had new carpet installed, over her objections. Why would you want to install carpet where one of the people suffers from respitory problems? He has no sense of compassion or empathy.
