Did You Know That The Sundance Channel Aired Al Franken's Show?

I discovered it this morning by accident!! I didn't have time to watch for very long... but I'm imagining that it's yesterday's show, but still... it's a much better alternative to Katie, Matt & Al.

Although, I will miss it when Al would hand over the weather reports to the local channels for 10 seconds. ("And now here's a look at the weather in your neck of the woods.")

I do miss the silly parts of the morning news- just some crap to have one while I got ready.

But, I'm on the DU instead!

2. I didn't even know I HAD the Sundance Channel.

Cablevision must have addded it recently. Maybe they'll get CSPAN 2 soon. I get 1 and 3, but not 2? :wtf:

4. The music for the Oy Oy Oy Show always cheers me up

I upgraded my cable just to get Sundance (since the bastids took it off the regular system, oy!). But don't tell anyone cuz, you know, cable is all evil and stuff.

5. Yes I know and Al made me laugh so hard yesterday morning I...

almost pissed in my pants! Al is not about to give up and neither are we!

Yesterday Al was talking about what he'd like to see when Bush made the expected speech, gloating about his "Big Win"! Al was saying that there should be one of those folks in the picture who does the signing thing for the hearing impaired! Then Al went on to say that every time Shrub finished telling one of his big lies, the person doing the sign language thing, should act like he's masturbating! The lady on the show with Al was as red as a beet, as Al showed her the type of motion the person doing the signing should do!

Then as the show was going off, there was Al in his little circle at the bottom of the video of Bush's speech and Al did his thing(pud pounding)every time Bush said something! My wife and I were ROTFLOAO!

I don't know if you can find a re-run of yesterday's show or not but if someone could post a link to that video, I think it would do wonders for morale around here! It was the first time I'd laughed since Tuesday night!

Al's show in on between 7:00 Am and 8:00 am edt!
