A sandwich with fries and cole slaw on it. Yum!

Mostly Eastern European food, like kielbasa and pierogies; Pitt. has a large Slavic population. Also, the Original Hot Dog Shop (the "O" to locals), that serves an obscene amount of fries:




ON EDIT- The Klondike Bar was originally invented by Isaly's Deli, also based in Pittsburgh.
