"Terror Alert Monitor" software. Not a joke. Welcome to Bush-Cheney II.
NOTE from yer pal Bush_Eats_Beef: I am NOT going to provide free click-through advertising to these assholes. If you want to go to their web site, right-clicking on the image will show the URL in the "info" section.

I found this today while surfing the CNET software reviews. I actually went to the web site to take a look at another piece of software and found this. As I said in the headline, Welcome to Bush-Cheney II.

2. LOL...I've seen this before
I do my terra alerts like I do my weather...I look outside, and if I see death and destruction then we are in red. If not, then I don't concern myself.

3. I've considered setting the color palette of my personal site
to reflect the current threat level to reflect the absurdity. There's a web service out there and a free php program you can use. It's freakin ridiculous.

4. That's completely worthless.
I imagine hordes of cube rats getting their terror alert update, and then suddenly looking around the office with greater suspicion.

5. Can you assign your own alert sounds?
I'm thinking something along the lines of that "GAME OVER, MAN...GAME OVER!!!" line, from whatever that movie was. Or the riff from "War Pigs".
