I'm not big boned I am Chubby |
|
So, if any of you guys like chubby girls then I am right here. I am a size 12 and I am not bone thin like the pictures that you see on the magazines that are photo shopped.
I see all of the messages about girls and all of them have that bone thin anorexic look to them and It makes me think that I have no chance. Anyways chubby girls have great personalities and we are pretty.
Who likes big boned women?

The two rethug sisters in my Economics class pointed me out as the chubby girl that was debating the Professor over Kerry.
I never gave it a second thought until that moment and so what I feel secure about myself.

Ever been to Hawai'i? We have a whole museum (Madge Tennent Museum) full of paintings of big women. Besdies, I myself am well over six feet, and two hundred (mumble mumble) pounds; I'd be worried about hurting one of those waif-types!

larger ladies. I despise what society has done to women with it's "ya all gotta look like Barbie" crap. Right now, I'm steadily dating a larger woman, and she's gone for twenty years (since her divorce) with men who just view her as a side dish until something better came along.
The only problem I have is her doubting me when I say she's beautiful, she makes comments about me having my head examined, etc. I tell her that her sense of humor is beautiful, and so's the way she treats me. At least she can believe that until she can internalize that I find her physically attractive, too.

So many tings tell us larger ladies we are ungly and unattractive - it takes time to understand our own beauty.
You are wonderful for telling her how beautiful she is. That helps a lot. :)

Think about this for a minute: what are the secondary sex characteristics that differentiate an adult female from a male or child? Why, breasts and hips, of course. Any freshman-level human physiology texts will tell you that. And what are breasts and hips? Fat deposits.
There's a word for people with slim hips and little body fat -- MEN. Women, on the other hand, are soft and curvy. At least, they are if they don't keep themselves on the brink of starvation, as our oh-so-enlightened society constantly encourages them to do.
I really wonder about men who are only attracted to women who have eliminated their secondary feminine sex characteristics via auto-starvation. I honestly think that on some level they're conflicted about exactly what gender they're attracted to.
If I had a nickel every time an attractive, lovely, perfectly-fine woman has told me that she was "too fat" or "I need to lose weight", I'd be a freaking millionaire.
One more thing: "Chubby" (ie, not way too thin) girls are absolutely, no questions about it, better in the sack. Being thin is all about denial of the body and denial of the senses. Are you really going to practice asceticism and mortification of the flesh twenty-four by seven and then turn around and embrace sensuality in the bedroom? NO.
I like plump girls. I especially like plump girls who like themselves. And I'm not the only one.

I've had a preference for larger girls and women since I was ten years old. But after getting a lot of shit from my classmates in 6th Grade (when I had a severe puppy-love situation with one of the larger girtls in the class), I hid my preference through jr high and high school. It wasn't until I was 19 that I decided to live my life the way I wanted to, and the hell with what anyone else thought.
Since 1972, every woman I've been involved with has been large, and I couldn't be happier. Plus, my preference brought Mrs. CO Liberal into my life - the greatest reward of all. :loveya:
And take it from me, fellas - if you've never been romantic with a chubby woman, you just don't know what you're missing!!! :-)

|
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 06:16 PM by Mrs.COLiberal
Size 12 is NOT big. Size 12 is below the national average. The average size of a woman in the US is 14.
The bone thin models and actresses you see on TV are the genetic freaks. Women are supposed to have curves and hips. :)
I've been a fat women all my life and I never had trouble dating nor finding men who loved me the way I was. It's a myth you have to be skinny perpetuated by the media.
You know what men find even more attractive then how skinny you are? CONFIDENCE!
Love who you are - and eat 3 healthy meals a day - and exercise - everything else will take care of itself.

I think you exaggerate the importance of weight. I'm a size 0 and I have been single for almost five years, so women of all sizes are lonely.
I find being subjected to transparently false romance as a means to an end and subsequently used for sex rather boring; upon learning this men immediately lose interest.

I'm an 8 too (usually an 8 for pants anyway) and sometimes I look in the mirror and just think my butt is huge. It seems I don't have a problem with people thinking I'm physically attractive, it just how many of them would I actually want? I'm picky. I'm not picky about stupid, shallow crap. I'm picky about the important stuff.
To me the concept of dating is like feeling through a pile of poop to find the hidden diamond.

45. The difference is 2 inches |
|
I make my own clothes and the difference in a size 8 and a 12 is about 2 inches which is not much of a difference when you come to think about it. It's amazing what 2 inches will do for people either male or female.
2 inches more gives a woman a bigger caboose and larger bra size and 2 inches added to a man's figure allows him to drive a cheaper car.
