I'm tired of living in Red states.
I grew up in Utah, moved to Nebraska for grad school and now live in Kentucky. Just once I would like my vote for a Democratic candidate to count. We did almost put Mongiardo into the Senate this year but that crazy fuck Bunning somehow got ahead.

1. Come to New England !
We have a few states that are only light blue and could use some more dem. voters.

3. No, stay there. We need trained spotters with local knowledge
for when the time comes.
If redleg means what I think it does, anyway.

5. I agree ... I think we should have a movement to take over red states
Texas has a lot of electoral votes ... We need a movement to the red to take back those states.

:hi:

8. Nah, move to the blue states
And bump up their EV totals. Let's get Washington and Oregon up around 20 each.

7. If you think Redleg means "artilleryman" you might be correct.
I am a bit rusty though. Been out for a while.

6. Move to a blue state
That's what I did.

I was born in Missouri and lived there when it was still more blue than red, then my family moved to the bible belt when I was in my teens.

But finally, when I decided to go to law school I escaped to California.

I never plan on living in a Red State again.

12. Wait a minute here! You moved from Missouri TO the Bible belt?
Missouri has been in the Bible belt as long as there has been a Bible belt.

The St. Louis area, which was and still is predominately Catholic.

13. I feel your pain!
I felt bad too but now NH is a blue state! Give us our due respect!

Its a real shame that the Democratic Senatorial campaign didn't see that Bunning was crazy. We need to keep joining groups like Democracy for America to see these openings before they happen.

17. Come on up to Illinois
The "republican" party, which is such a misnomer so I'll say what passes for the "r" party in IL is dying. We have the gov mansion, house and senate, kicked Keyes ASS, booted out Crane, and have film, print, and still pictures of Hastert and Manzucko waddling around for Crane and Keyes. The Chicago Tribune has another good article on the pathetic state of the r's and Keyes is thinking about staying here to help "re-energize" the party. I say STAY and keep running your mouth. Another r-thorn, Hyde, only won by 26K votes. If anyone has a suggestion for a candidate to run against Manzullo by all means speak up.

capitolfax.com - What a moron, if it wasn't for Chicago and Cook County, there'd be no state at all - we'd be part of the surrounding states:

.....As this map clearly shows, if it wasn't for Chicago and suburban Cook County, Illinois would be a very red state indeed. ... poll results for Illinois. posted by Rich Miller @ 11/2/2004

18. C'mon over to NYC!
The Idiot Son of an Asshole has a 20% approval rating here and the City went for Kerry about 83-17.
