Things I regret not doing... Kinda
- I lived in Austin for two years and never went to see a live Austin City Limits performance... It's just that I'm not a country fan. I

- I lived in Europe for four years and didn't visit London, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Rome or the Czech Republic... I was busy really busy in Amsterdam though.

- I didn't buy a house when I lived in the DC area... Seems I couldn't buy one in the area then, I'm sure as hell can't buy one up there now.

How about you?

1. I regret not following up advances from women
Only in retrospect so often would I see that a woman was giving me an opening, and I had my eyes shut so many times.
D'OH!

4. I regret
not going out with my friend Helen one night in 1991. I would have been able to meet The Posies and hang out with them all night! Argh!

I regret not taking a study opportunity in Germany immediately after I got my bachelor's degree. I didn't have much backup money then, and wanted to get a good job.

I regret not finishing my degree back in 1988. I would have been independent much faster, been able to travel more, and not be USA-bound because of my terrorism fears.

6. Making love to Ann Richards...
...when she was still living in the Gov. mansion. Instead I waited until afterwards to make my move and as a result never got to drink Miller Lite in the official hot tub.
