no culture of any kind. I was veryo disappointed. I was really looking forward to making first contact with new forms of life, but all I found was milk and cheese.

Just turn off the fridge and open the door. And have a mop handy at all times!
My mum tells me it's much easier if I remember to do it often...like that's going to happen.
