Why won't my computer let me do ctrl-c; ctrl-v; etc.?

I just noticed it while trying to piece together an article/commentary thing I was doing...any particular reason why it won't let me do this?

I don't want to type out a full freakin' quotation, and going Edit->Copy then right clicking and going to Paste takes to damn long.

2. Did "sticky keys" get turned on accidentally?

Go to Control Panel -> Accessibility Options and see there.

try hitting 'refresh' if you haven't already, sometimes when I try to c/p on Mozilla it won't let me, and it's usually because I did something flaky with the cursor elsewhere. And there are some pages that have funky code on them that sometimes make it impossible.

You can always try restarting.
