I need a music intervention!

So what do you do when you have a song stuck in your head that you just can't get out? Quick, someone gimme another song or something else to do to get it out of my head.

....watch some Monty Python.

I don't know why but the theme music among the other numerous jingles incorporated into their movies always blasts whatever irritating commercial or pop crap right out of my head.
