4 Years, 500 Posts... whew...

Yes, being here since Jan. 20th 2000, I am FINALLY now at my 500th post. You'd think I just never have anything to say, but it's not true. I'm actually just continually one-upped by some other brilliant mind here who posts the same thoughts I had before I have a chance.

Well, that and I liked to lurk a lot, especially when I was working on campaigns, never had time to post really.

BUT... HI! How are ya? Anyone else been here that long and have fewer posts than I do?

I wonder how many other people joined that day, when they saw the huge DEMOCRATICUNDERGROUND.COM banner on TV at the inauguration protests. I bet it was an enormous jump!

I've been truly amazed at how this board has grown, and the things people here have been able to accomplish. We've got a great future ahead of us.

5. I heard about this place

when I was slogging on behalf of the Clark campaign. When that folded, this became my refuge from the freepers around me. (I'm in Georgia.)
