It beats being Unemployed like I have been for the better part of a year I guess.

Just wanted to let you guys know that those tax breaks are really creating some awesome job opportunities. :eyes:

Hail GWB! May he create many more $9.00/hr busboy jobs in the next four years!

1. Congrats!
I am jealous! I know it sucks to be applying for maid jobs in a place you could run, but getting evicted sucks even more. Good on ya for finding a job.

Congratulations!

With my graduate and profesional degrees I ca't even get one of those. I'm hoping for a part-time job in a charity thrift store to help tide me over for awhile.

Of course I live in crazy red f*cking JOklahoma where political views are thought to be relevant to ones ability to perform a given job task.

3. You're one of the "lucky" ones..............
there are many out there that would kill for what you have. Hopefuly something will come along soon that more suits your needs, but like you said, it's better than being unemployed. The Bush "economic miracle" is hurting many folks, keep your chin up and keep looking for better opportunities. Until then.... :toast:

4. Newsday
Newsday reported the number of new jobs are "way up." RECORD number of jobs being created. However, it also said teenage unempolyment has increased. At the top of this article was a picture of a Radio Shack store with a HELP WANTED SIGN in window. One PICTURE is worth a THOUSAND WORDS. They answered their own questions why TEENAGE unemployment is up. Because all their PARENTS are now working at PART TIME MINIMUM WAGE Radio Shack jobs.
