At least in one instance. Turns out you can't have the "&" symbol in yer picture's filename, or it will be non-DU-able. Who knew?

& is used to seperate arguments in a url using http GET method

ie page.cgi?name=cheezus&hacked=1

it's generally not considered same to allow such things in a dynamically generated system.
