What's for dinner at your house? |
|
We're having Minestrone soup, fresh rye rolls, and a selection of meat and cheeses (leftovers from last night's buffet). What's for dinner at your house?

Not that long - about an hour. I had to defrost and bone the chicken and that's what took the longest.
Now I'm happily stuffed.

I think I'll make some meatballs to go with. And left over rosemary focaccia from the weekend. Some wine, too. :) The joys of not being on a low-carb diet!

Stuffed Cabbage, Mashed Potatoes, Corn and your choice of Coconut Cream or Lemon Merangue Pie. I slaved over a hot stove all day, but eating sure was good tonight.
