1. I had to go with
Shakeydaves salmon. No offense JM, his just sounded a little better. I should just put a vote in for salmon.(no matter who cooks it)

5. My spelling is probably way off, but...................
it's basically salmon sealed in parchment paper with assorted aromatics. I saw one tonight on Food Network if green curry paste, ginger, garlic and shallots that looked good!

7. Shrimp and grits with Tasso ham, gentlemen. The only choice.
Fresh shrimp, stone-ground grits, and Savoy's Tasso ham. Fresh crab meat is a welcome lagniappe. Alas, it's a couple of months early for a Beaujolais Nouveau, which I think goes best with shrimp and grits with Tasso.

I don't care what you guys eat for dinner; I am just jealous of you getting to see Michael right now!

10. I tried to get you down here, but..................
he wants to experience a Hurricane! BTW, Bucs games are about the sea of humanity. We have our own little U.N. Tailgate going, two Anglo's, three Vietnamese, two African American and a Greek! Everybody wants our food!
