7. I just spent a week staying with friends

who are MAJOR Yankees fans (both are from the Bronx).

They don't miss a game. It was fun.

Yankee fan here as well, from the mid '50s on. Yes, we do take a lot of bashing around here, but remember, if you're not the lead dog, the view is always the same. I almost feel sorry for the Red Sox fans, year after year having their hopes dashed against the rocks by the boys in the Bronx. Notice I said "almost". Go Yanks!
