12. the 1951 Alistair Sim version of "A Christmas Carol"
I love watching that at around midnight on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. He was the definitive Scrooge and his transformation is superbly done.

25. In for a marathon:
Christmas Story -- while putting up the tree
White Christmas -- if I'm snowed in
Home Alone (1 and 2) -- if I need a laugh (especially after shopping)
and for Christmas Eve
IT"S A WONDERFUL LIFE!!!

And if it snows so much that it's Christmas Eve and I never got out to shop, then I load up the dvd and watch 'em all over again.
