Does the clock in your dashboard indicate "AM/PM?"

Mine doesn't. It's like they assume that if you're in the car, and you can't tell whether it's AM or PM, maybe you should think twice about going for a drive. But I find that to be paternalistic and wrong. My car's clock is not the boss of me.

23. All I know is that my car's clock is correct 6 months of the year.

The standard time months. During the daylight-time months, I have to subtract an hour from my Subaru's clock in my small mind. No big deal. Easier than reprogramming the clock. IMHO.

abandoning the whole daylight savings scheme at this point. It serves no purpose anymore but to piss people off. And aggravate seasonal affective disorders.
