Unexpected Downtime 8:15 - 11:00PM ET, Monday (Nov 15th 2004)
We had some fairly serious network problems from 8:15PM to 11:00PM ET on Monday night, which made the website inaccessible during that time.

We have been in contact with our ISP about the issue, and they have been extremely helpful. We will be working closely with them to figure out what can be done to help keep this from happening in the future.
