and we took your advice! Tonight was NY Strips done Pittsburgh style with roasted fingerling potato's, roasted cremini mushrooms and roasted beets. We followed that up with a nectarine crisp and Vanilla Ben&Jerrys topping dessert! Our wines included a Washington State Fume Blanc, a California Sauvignon Blanc and an Australian Zinfandel!
