Judge the candidates by their favorite song
Edited on Wed Sep-17-03 10:23 PM by whirlygigspin
Here are the candidates favorite songs & my take on the meaning

Kucinich: Imagine,John Lennon------needs to get over the sixties
Leiberman: My Way, Sinatra----------needs to get over himself
Kerry: No surrender, Ssteen----needs to surrender
Dean: Wycleff Jean, *?--------needs to party
Gephardt: Born in the USA,S'teen---needs to travel
Edwards: Small Town,CougarMellon--needs to see the city
Braun: You gotta be, *?---------needs to be strong
Sharpton: Big talk...JBrown--------needs to talk big
Graham: Change attitudes,JBuffet-needs a margarita

So if you picked a candidate based solely on their song, which one would you pick?

I gotta go with Jimmy Buffet, but I don't know the Wycleff song.

*note: no info on Clark's song yet

2. Kucinich here.
Although most of those songs are truely detestable.

Kerry's favorite song is Springsteen's No Surrender which is also my favorite on the list. :)

5. 'Imagine' is a beautiful song...
from an era when it wasn't 'cheesy' to sing about loving your 'brother' or peace. I'd go with Kucinich.
