Government: No we didn't, the economy is just so strong
Opposition: You should have been able to project that we'd have all this extra money

i love the u.i. (oops ... e.i.) surplus. eeef! do you know *anyone* who's claimed in the past four years who's NOT been hit with an overpayment?!

conservative argument that Canada is approaching third world status. Hard to keep up after 7-8 years of surplus. So they have to find something to complain about. :D
