PA woman sues because no one told her trains travel on tracks, gets hit
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,138751,00.html

A Pennsylvania woman who was struck by a train has sued the rail company — for failing to warn her that trains travel on railroad tracks.

Patricia M. Frankhouser filed suit on Nov. 4 seeking damages in excess of $30,000 from Norfolk Southern Corp. (search), according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Last January, Frankhouser was hit by a train as she walked along railroad tracks in her hometown of Jeannette, Pa., a southeastern suburb of Pittsburgh.

Amazingly, she came away from the encounter with only a broken finger, some cuts and, according to the lawsuit, "pain."

1. This is dumber than the McDonald's HOT Coffee story
This woman should have a tattoo on her head warning people that she is too dumb to talk to.
How in the hell can anyone grow up, anywhere in the world and not know about trains and railroad tracks?
This sort of intelligence explains why this country would vote for an imbecile as president.

2. Is she going to sue the school system or her parents for not telling her
that when she sees or hears very large objects traveling at high speeds she should step out of the way?

5. She SHOULD Sue Her Parents
They obviously raised one of the dumbest people ever. It just MUST be their fault.

6. Stupidity knows no bounds
I live less th an a mile from thos tracks. You'd have to be aggressively stupid to be walking there. One thing though, the attorney handeling the case is a real tool from what I remember of him.
