And I'm bi/gay/whatever.
It's the most predictable, boring, stereotypical gay show of all time.
Gawd, just thinking about it gives me brain pain.
Placebo needs shooting in the head now, thank you.

Word" right now... only about four minutes in to it though.
And sorry, I don't know. Maybe try the Blockbuster website (Netflix doesn't show season 4).

6. I'm with you--I LOATHE the show!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|
I sort of enjoyed the first season--it was kind of hit or miss, but had potential. They copied a lot from the British series, which is WONDERFUL--rent it if you haven't seen it.
Season Two--I stuck it out, cringing at the horrid acting, and the pathetic, infantile writing and story lines! Caught bits and pieces of 3 and 4, and it's still SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
God, it pisses me off more than Repukes do!!!!!!!!!!!!

8. Again, if you haven't seen the British version, do so.... |
|
...it will renew your faith in telelvision's (well, Birtish telelvsion) ability to produce decent shows about gays and lesbians.

9. In my experience, the originals tend to be better any way |
|
Americans rip off so many shows from Britain and they usually pale in comparison. With the rash of reality shows we don't have to rip them off any more. We have original crap now.

But, oh my God, what Showtime has done to that show. Horrid writing, bad acting (Hal Sparks gives new meaning to the words "horrendously bad"). Showtime's version is just unbearable to watch.

11. I actually kinda enjoy the show.... |
|
(ducks to avoid tomatoes being thrown). I know, its not nearly as hot as the British version, I know its not a realistic look at gay life, I know its phony, and fake and badly acted etc etc etc.
Even my partner gave up on it last season (didn't like the cancer subplot), but I just can't seem to let it go entirely.
