I have an audio somewhere of a tech call - PC won't come on. He walks this guy through several checks, then asks him to go behind the PC to make sure it is plugged in okay.

Customer: "I can't"

Tech: "You can't check to see if your PC plugged in?"

Customer: "No, I can't see it"

Tech: "Can you pull your desk out a little and then look?"

Customer: "No, I mean it's pitch dark, we're having a power outage right now."

Speaking of out of memory, my uncle asked me to look at an old PC he set up for internet. Didn't have enough memory. He wanted me make space by deleting the color so every thing would be in black and white. LOL!
