2/3 of north america and all of central and south america are not allowed to participate.

Japan and all over latin America have played in it. MLB is starting to become dominated by people born in the carribean and central america.

Invite the Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean, Puerto Rican, Dominican and (someday) Cuban teams to join in.

Then we truly can have a world series....

Japanese baseball is a mean game :)
