Remember the sexually subliminal Warner Bros. cartoons?
Like the ones where Porky Pig was a chicken farmer and he'd have the Frank Sinatra rooster come and sing and all the chickens would have orgasms and lay thousands of eggs?

Can they still show those? Or have they been banned on account of Janet Jackson?

1. They've banned a lot of Warner Bros. cartoons.
I don't think I've seen any of the old political ones on TV ever.

4. Old political ones?
I want to know of that.

I do know some WWII era cartoons where fun is made of Hitler/swastika are censored. The egg-laying scenes with Sinatra, on the other hand, appear unimpeded in "Brazilian" Cartoon Netwoork.

3. I wonder if that 'toon was released in either of the Golden sets...
Would be nice, that was a cute (if not subversively perverted) cartoon. :-)

I'm sure it's been banned by some freak. :-(

5. BUGS IN LIPSTICK?
Bugs Bunny never missed an opportunity to dress up like a woman. He was a transbunny.

6. I remember one Donald Duck cartoon...
DD was struggling with some inanimate object that was getting the better of him, and I swear he was mumbling, "I'll show you who's the boss, ya god damn son of a bitch..." in that quacking voice that Mel Blanc did. Eventually said inanimate object refused to cooperate and he lost it and bellowed "FUCK YOU!!!" at it. All in Duckburgian, needless to say.

I was with two friends at the time, and we all turned and stared at each other and said "Did you hear that...?" And I swear we weren't stoned!

:hi:
