N/T and eom belong in the Subject line only. Otherwise it defeats the purpose because you then have to click on the message to see that there is no message except for N/T or eom.

and other things like downloading an avatar, linking pictures, etc. A newbie guide would be great with this info, and a list of definitions for the most commonly used terms, etc.
