4. Over, of course!
Those who pull their toilet paper from under are godless, America-hating terrorists. Because they're not the same as me.

17. Under. step on it first as well.
if you flatten the core, it does not spin as smoothly, the tissue outside still stays 'round' in appearance. Yet another resource saver in these troubled economic times.

22. Definitely over, but...
My boyfriend, who is a dirty hippie, insists that "under" is proper etiquette. This wasn't so bad till we moved in together. Grrrrr...

26. Over so it doesn't hang against the wall.

Though I have always heard proper etiquette is under which seems weird to me. Yet hotels always put it over (and the really fancy ones fold the end to a point so you know you're getting your extra $100 worth).

30. On the floor
If it's on the roller, the cat jumps up and chews it.

On the floor, it ignores it.

go figure.

31. For the last farking time,
it's OVER people, OVER!!!!!

I was born the daughter of two poor sharecroppers. We didn't have much, but we always had toilet paper. My ancestors were Unders, and I was raised an Under, that is, until the day of: The Incident.

Since that fateful day, I've been an Over. That's all I feel comfortable sharing on a public board. But trust me, it's Over.

33. You OVER voters obviously never had kids or cats
They both would whack the roll until the whole thing unrolls on the floor.

Change it to under and it just stays on the roll...
