I joined LA Weightloss a few weeks ago. I need accountability and can't do it on my own.

Unfortunately tomorrow is the firm Thanksgiving lunch. There are 5 of us that are going to LA so we are going to look out for each other.

I lost over 50lbs on WW last year. Then I started campaigning and have plumped back up.

I'll be joining soon again. I too need that structure to make myself do it.
