What is your favourite vegetable?

I like most vegetables except okra. As a kid, I never liked it cuz it was so slippery and icky. :-(

My favourites are corn on the cob, spinach, broccoli, squash, and peas.

And, I love good salads...all kinds...Caesar is tops!

4. Tough choice.

I love broccoli, fresh green beans, carrots, summer squash, tomatoes, garden fresh peas, pea pods, spinach, asparagus...

I also love salads, really fresh ones with dark leafy lettuce, spinach, some tomatoes, and a good dressing. I also love spinach and strawberry salad with poppy seed dressing.

6. ASPARAGUS

is my fave but I like almost all veg

except beets, sweet potatoes and okra that has been boiled.

Now Fried Okra is a gift of the gods and I do put the frozen gumbo veg with the okra in it into my vegetable soup.

OH YEAH, I had okra on a vegetarian Indian buffet once and it was just cooked tender crisp with tomatoes and peppers in a nice curry sauce and was very very good. Not slimey at all
