Hall & Oates 2004: 20 years since the last major hit but still around

...these are photos from the duo's "official" web site. Oates looks pretty much the same, minus the mustache (he kind of has a Chico Marx vibe going on here) but Hall looks kind of ragged (for the record, he just turned 56 on October 11th):

For me, these guys hit their peak with "Big Bam Boom" and the song "Some Things Are Better Left Unsaid," which STILL packs a punch. (The hits from this one were "Out of Touch" and "Method of Modern Love")

They've had seven albums since 1984's "Big Bam Boom" but this one is still considered by many to be the "career best."
