I've been in a similar situation.

I'd make sure to have some ground rules established regarding things like privacy. The house I was in had multiple people of both sexes, some partners, some not. The rules when I stayed there were already in place: Nudity happens, and privacy is what you make it. If you're going to freak out, take extra steps, etc.

The first time I had a girl walk in on me in the shower (no curtain, either), use the bathroom, and leave, carrying on a conversation with me the whole time, was enough to get that concept firmly planted in my head.

Of course, we were all very, very liberal. Hippies, one might say. :D
