What lessons have you learned lately?
I've learned that I should not want hateful people to like me.

Low self esteem is my worst enemy.

Sounds kind of like common sense, but it's taken a long time for me to learn that one. I've never claimed to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

3. Thank you JVS
I didn't see your thread on the same topic until I posted mine. I guess I should have scanned the front page first, but I didn't think anybody would be thinking the same thing as me. Well not quite the same thing because I'm being more serious.

2. I've learned that i cannot be scared by blood & gore much anymore
its only when its unexpected that i get freaked out.
Just like its when I'm in a high place,if i expect that it will be high when i climb a tree,I'm fine..if i don't think about how far i am off the ground i feel like i want to fall.

lesson learned, that if i don't expect what is coming i feel hopeless,if i prepare myself for something,I'm ready for anything.

/sigh

8. I've locked myself out of my car a few times
It's a totally helpless feeling and guaranteed to make your day suck if you can't get help right away.

I don't know about the cops in your area, but where I live they carry a tool that can jimmy a car lock. You may get the issue resolved faster and with less hassle if you give the cops a call if you ever lock yourself out of the car again.
