12. My husband had kidney stones |
|
when he was having an attack i knew right away what it was because i had my gallbladder out and the pain is similar. He had his blasted ultrasonically and he was fine after a day. He found out that his were formed by the food that he ate. His no list is now, Tea, peanuts, coke-the drink and chocolate. These foods contain oxalate's? and they cause him to form the stones. I know it hurts like hell, it's like trying to leave your car through the muffler.

Massive amounts of water typically get washed right out before doing you as much good as a steady supply will.
Plus it overtaxes your kidneys. Some days I'll drink 4 liters, but always one at a time spread evenly throughout the day.

You're going to get sick. I drink a lot of water too, but that's just too much too fast.

too much water can make your brain swell up and your blood vessels burst.
and you'd fail the drug test if its to diluted. just drink some detox stuff like tea or something

13. Pace yourself sweetie |
|
Stick to water, but don't drink it too fast.
If you don't pass it, it may not be passable. There are other ways to get a stone out. Lithotripsy, basket extraction...etc. Just do what you can to get it to pass, and if it won't move on to the next strategy.
I know they are really painful....hang in there.
