Pet Peeves
My current pet peeve is about people who talk on their cell phones while waiting in the cafeteria line. Hey, fuckface, hang up your god-damned phone, tell the server dude what the fuck you want to eat, and move your fucking ass out of my way.

1. People who leave their dogs out 24/7 with no protection
Edited on Sun Nov-21-04 01:51 AM by qnr
from inclement weather. I see it all over the place locally and it drives me crazy.

edit: Wow. A "Pet" pet peeve, didn't even notice until afterwards.

3. Pull into the damn intersection
At lights without a left turn signal, people that just sit there and let the light change drive me nuts. Pull into the damn intersection, two or three people can usually make the turn. :nuke:

11. Just as bad here in Arizona
Only difference is that we have the "snow birds", typically elderly folks that come to Tucson for the winter. They tend to drive extremely slow, can't hear you honk at them, and never make the turn.

Peace and safe driving.

6. Pet peeves - Hummers/Gas-hogging SUV's (and their lousy parking)
What god-given right do they have to compensate for their small penile function to own a huge monster Hummers and SUV's that eats gas for a living and park poorly. I've had to squeeze through my gas-saver Accord to get out of the car.

:grr:

17. This asshat parked across THREE spaces at this mall by me
My friend and I got out of our cars and agreed the prick must be boxed in.

So we parked like this:

|| ||
Me =H2= Friend
|| ||

We watch the owner - some stuck up, 20-something yuppie guy with a goatee - get to his "car" and start whining and moaning. We came out from the book store and said:

"Sorry, but your cock is so small we didn't even see you parked here. Won't happen again."

The guy was so scrawny I think *I* (6'1", 145) could've whooped his sorry ass.

7. My pet peeve is handicapped drivers who
drive like they're handicapped. I mean, really, 20mph slower than everyone else on the road!

(BTW, I myself have a handicapped placard-- legs messed up with arthritis. Still doesn't stop me from USING MY GAS PEDAL!)

9. That was my second pet peeve. I see them all over the place.
Especially the "support the troops." I want to make a bumpersticker that says: Support the troops? GO ENLIST!

I almost froth at the mouth when I talk to people about them.

13. I have two urban related “pedestrian rage” peeves:
Escalators… and the people that stop and stand at the departure point. You didn’t just come up or down a static staircase where the people behind you are forced to stand and wait. We’re in motion. Hello? Get out of the way.

And while we’re on the subject, you should stand on the right so those that who want to walk can do so freely on the left.

Elevators… and the people that insist on waiting directly in front of the doors. It’s quite possible that someone will be getting out. They should be allowed to get out before your sorry self-centered ass gets in. Please, stand to the side while you wait and give a moment of unobstructed passage for any exiting occupants.

Whew. I’m simmering down now.

14. Damn litter bugs!!!!
I don't understand how someone can just toss a whole bag of fast food wrappers out into the street like its no big deal.
It's disgusting and low class not only that it lowers your property value if you trash your neighborhood and make it look like a dump sight. dumbasses!

Edited on Sun Nov-21-04 04:01 AM by GingerSnaps
They have no respect for Teachers or other students :grr:

One of my classmates went to the bathroom one day and his cell phone started ringing so our Professor answered it. :cry: It was one of the funniest things that I have witnessed in a long time.

20. I thought that a man that was walking in front of me was bonkers one time
When the ear pieces first came out and they hadn't hit the market big time yet. This guy was walking down the street in front of me and I thought that he was talking to himself.

23. Motorcycle drivers in CA, who pass inbetween cars on the highway
going about a 100 mph. Fucking frightening. I practically jump out of my skin when one blows by me, esp. when they do it on my right.

24. Impatient people
the kind that stand behind an elderly lady at the checkout lane and just sigh and moan as she writes out a check...

the same kind of impatient people who cut people off in traffic or won't let anyone merge because where they are going is far more important....
