1. Something similar happened to a ship in Albany (NY) harbor...
...a year ago:

A crane onboard lifted a load too heavy for it, de-stabilized the ship, and it capsized...

3. Caution: that link hung my computer
ctrl+alt+delete was the only solution. I suppose it might have come back if I gave it enough time, but I wasn't going to sit around.

4. Disaster waiting to happen!
Jeeez! It was a disaster just waiting to happen. The crane operater didn't have the crane's outrigger extended for the lift. It's like the most basic common sense thing to do before a lifting something heavy. Crane operator should be fired. I know I would do that if it was my employee!
