I have to be at work by 6:30 am. That's 7:30 am on the east coast. If he hopes to take out a lot of people at work, like with the WTC, the destruction would have to take place a little later. I only live 2 miles from work though so perhaps my boss would allow me to go home before the military is mobilized in my little town.
