3. KLONOPIN -- My Story

I have gone through pure HELL because of that drug. It took a FULL YEAR of slow tapering to detox from this horrible "medicine". I don't mean to frighten - only to warn you as a fellow DUer -- and human being.

Klonopin is one of the more insidious drugs in the "benzodiazepine" class of tranquilizers. It is one of the top "Addiction By Prescription" drugs. My story is truly -- hell. If you would like - PM me for more information.

NEVER take this drug for more than a few weeks - and then - taper slowly. Too many doctors do not know about the havoc this drug can cause. Many DO - but many don't.

I'm aware of the addictive qualities of Klonopin ( BTW thanks! I now know how to spell "Klonopin"! ) I know someone who's been hooked on the the stuff for years and they told me all about it. Fortunately, I got a 'scrip for only 20 -- for pain from a dental implant today -- so I'm guessing (unfortunately) my euphoria will be gone in a few days. Sorry if you took me seriously; I have a low tolerance and have been depressed lately and right now I'm feeling rather stoned and silly. In my youth I tried to become a comedian, but everyone just laughed at me.
